Default Gifting a gun out of state

I Travel to AZ all the time and was living there for a while and have AZ CCW and ID. Now full time in california I have left some of my guns that I bought In AZ with my sister and I was going to give her one one of my guns that I bought here in california.

In AZ I assume we can just walk into a gunshop and do the tranfer as the gun is already there? How do I get it out of my name here? Or should I just loan it to her?

On the DOJ website they have a forms section.
There is a form you fill out and mail in that says the firearm was sold out of state.
You are off the hook.
