03 FFL Questions
Hi Guys,
I've decided to take the step of obtaining my 03 FFL to help me build my collection of curio & relic firearms. I've always been an admirer of these guns from a historical perspective and on the advice of another forum member here, I've decided to take the plunge. If you'll indulge me, I have a few questions that I hope you can answer. Once I've obtained my 03 FFL, what are the restrictions on purchasing C&R's owned by individual gun owners? Supposing my neighbor wants to sell his Grandfather's old rifle that's been handed down, eg..M1 Garand, Mosin Nagant, etc... Does the private individual owning such a weapon need to have it registered before selling it to me with my 03 FFL? Besides the records book, what if any paper trail/documentation is necessary to keep things legal in this situation? |

These questions are easily answered with a simple Google search.
This is also a good website for information: http://www.cruffler.com http://www.cruffler.com/whatis.html http://www.cruffler.com/becomingcruffler.html
