Default Barrel Cut and Thread

I hope this is the right place to ask this question versus the Gunsmithing thread since this is specific to long range shooting. I just got a Krieger barrel and would like to get it cut, reamed and threaded for my 308 Remington 700. Any recommendations for someone in OC and doesn't have a long turnover? Thanks!

Randall. He's not in OC but he's damn good. AR15barrels I think is his name here. You make an appointment and he does the work while you wait

Or you can go get lunch or run errands while he works. That way you don't have to listen to him talk about fishing or baking sourdough bread.

If it is a serial numbered part frame, action etc you must stay there. Fjold wrong on that if just a barrel then ask Randall.

Randall can probably clear this up but from what I remember it required a FFL gunsmith to do the work if firearm/receiver was kept overnight. At least that's the way it was worded 20 years ago, maybe the law has changed.

It's the same now.
It takes an FFL to ship/receive a firearm across state lines or keep a firearm overnight.
Firearms can come in and go back out the same day without an FFL.

Are we not friends on Facebook?

I make metal chips.
I bake.
I smoke meats.
I smoke cheeses.

I make a wicked good grilled ham, bacon and smoked cheese on sourdough.
