Default food at Raahauges NorCal?

Looking to go to Quail Point or Raahuages.

Quail Point appears to serve food on the weekends. Does Raahuages?

Have been to Comanche Hills a few times, and once to Birds Landing; both have breakfast and lunch "diner" style. Wondering if Quail Point and Raahuages are similar?

I would call quail point, I know they for sure do during hunting seasons. I’ve been there a couple times in the last month and they weren’t.

At QP its hit and miss with food. However, your less than 10 minutes to a Denny’s.

Check the Raahauge's website or call them, they used to offer a lunch if you sign up when you get there on the weekends.

I'm not aware of ANY food at or near Raahuages (if you're referring to the one in Corona). We would always bring our own food. If you're going to be shooting at one of their private pistol/rifle bays, don't bother because you won't be there long enough to have lunch. They are so busy you will be in and out in 2 hours exactly. Never tried the clays there, MAYBE you'd have time for lunch with that.

Well the Raahauges in Corona is pretty far from NorCal so I'd guess they're not talking about the Corona location. Also the Corona Raahauges has a large kitchen setup, they bring in chefs and serve food for special events and competitions, but not on regular days. Also there's a good 200+ restaurants within 5 miles of the Corona range.

You really do a great job of educating yourself before posting, don't you

The NorCal Raahuages. It is about 45 minutes north of Sacramento, just off I-5.

Call and ask for Donna Raahauge, tell her when you'll be there. If they aren't cooking then, she'll arrange it. I've hunted a lot of clubs, but this is the one I return to, good people.

Dunnigan is out in the sticks; not many restaurants out there. Most I have been to after duck hunting.

For Sporting Clays, we usually go to Comanche Hills, east of Sacramento in the Gold Country. They have a full service diner in the clubhouse for breakfast and lunch.

Hence my question if Raahuages(or Quail Point which is 10 minutes from Raahuages) has on-site diner like Comanche Hills. There is no description on their website.

Otherwise there are options in Woodland

Yeah I know the NorCal location is a lot more remote, I was responding to Cal.Bars misinformation about Corona while also pointing out you clearly asked about NorCal in the shotgun subforum so talking about the rifle and pistol range in corona is pretty pointless

There’s a Jack in The Box, where you get on/off of I5.

Post Mortem - It was my brothers birthday; he decided Quail Point in the end. Had a great time, real nice folks there. If you're in NorCal, would recommend trying it

Stopped in Woodland at Burger Saloon on Main Street after.

Pantyhose Junction was the place to go in Dunnigan.

Decent truck stop food and good scenery.

Been gone about 25 years.

Yes, been there a few times years ago

Used to go from Sacramento to visit family in Lewiston, Ca. And a few trips with dirt bikes to Stoney Ford.

That was the best stop on the way.
