Default What's wrong with PSA?

I ordered a complete rifle build kit (except stripped lower) from PSA around Christmas. After 15 days waiting, what I got is just the upper assembly, BCG and charging handle. All the lower build kit is missing. I emailed to them a couple of times, no response. Called them, but it was just no one available to answer the call. What's wrong with them?!

What does the shipping receipt say that came in your package?

The shipping receipt shows the rifle build kit, the same as I ordered. And on their website, my account information show the transaction is complete.

Palmetto will make things right. Sometimes its hard to get a hold of them though.

what a lot of the guys are saying is true. Keep trying to get a hold of someone and wait it out if possible. PSA will make things right, they are currently in the middle of moving right now.
It can be frustrating to have your rifle ready to assemble and not have all the parts even though you paid for them. Try to PM PSA on here...they are pretty good at answering PMs.

We are moving warehouse locations.
There's a shot show going on.
There's a Holiday rush

What is the excuse the rest of the year for:
Extreme shipping delays
Goofed up orders (wrong stuff, missing stuff)
Nearly non-existent Customer Service

They will make it right. Try using ryan.johnson@palmettostatearmory.com he always gets back to me within day or 2. And tigershark stop complaining and pay 100 dollars more for a bcm with the same specs so it gets there faster.

It's really simple take care of the problem and never order from them again. So our orders can be processed faster.

Odd...I spoke to someone yesterday there and they were helpful. Yes PSA is slow to respond, but have always...ALWAYS made it right.

There was a thread earlier asking about the customer service or the lack of it. PSA choose to delete that thread instead of replying or resolving it. Those actions speaks for itself.

I have only had a problem with adding to my existing order. Other than that not a single problem with palmetto. I continue to order from them.

watch out...the poo is starting to get flung around on this thread.... lol

i ordered from PSA earlier this month and when i called to just 'follow up' on my order, i got through after a brief 15-20 min hold. the guy i spoke to was not exactly what i expect in an ideal CS situation (attitude wise)....but he did take care of my Q's and concerns so he did his job and i cant ask anymore of them.

it would be cool if they could put up on their website what order is the last shipped in the day so i can calculate where i am in the line of orders ahead

i dont know if the orders are really that loaded up but i ordered some stuff like 4 weeks ago an my number was 100576800 and just 2 weeks ago my other order is 100586600

does that mean they have had 10,000 orders in that period?
