I think that's the new strategy... there don't mind collecting all the fees and issuing these all day long.

Assuming this is even real (new member with 2 posts, joined less than an hour ago), why would anyone walk out if the building with that thing without calling it to their attention and seeking a solution?

I didn't notice it. I was checking my address and stuff like that and over looked it. I'm also assuming you can't use a parents gun on the ccw also.

How could you not notice that it lists nothing? Yeah you correctly assume you can't carry a parents gun, in fact you can't carry any gun concealed, since your permit is for NONE.

Wait a minute. My IA had me verbally confirm that EVERYTHING on my permit was accurate, from address and info to weapon, caliber and serial number. I call shenanigans...

I want to see the holster for that bad boy.

Until you get a real CCW firearm, your holster may be good for this ...

How did you not know before walking out? The older gentleman that gives it to you asks that you verify all the info like 2-3 times.

Maybe not the smartest idea to post a picture of your thumbprint and signature on a public forum... at least it's low res, but clever people can work with that.

actually, the reason why it was blank, was because on the on-line application, it was left blank. therefore, it gets printed blank.
it will be manually corrected by Amber, and it will be available on a Tuesday/Thursday.

i can see where this could be an issue with a person applying in anticipation of the long wait period, and does not have a ccw weapon purchased yet.

I don't think so. They print your CCW id card based on your range card. That is why they check and double check you serial numbers and description/model numbers that you printed on it (range card).

You signed the document immediately below the entry, and you didn't see it? Then, they laminated it for you?

Nonsense.

They are filled out in front
Of you right and the read it to you and have you review before the Laminate it. Seems odd the guys filling out the permit would not give further directions if that was a common acurance

Look at the bright side. It's cheap to shoot nothing, you don't even have to go to the range to qualify, it conceals well (almost like nothing is there), and the best part - you don't have to spend $500 on holsters trying to find "that one" that works for you.

Someone should fill out an application and just list "ALL" in each space.
