Default Refurbished J.C. Higgins Mod 30

Just finished refinishing this old J.C. Higgins Model 30
Made by Hi Standard for Sears. I believe this one is from around 1952.
This is the same model my 6 brothers and I learned to shoot as kids.
PS I was born in 52 .
One of my brothers has the original rifle which is in bad shape but were going to resurrect it.
Sorry can't seem to get the pics to display.
California where the only things that aren't illegal are

Found a new home in Northern Idaho. Will sell the Calif home in a year or two.
Screw California.
