Default Dress Belt

I'll be honest. I didn't search. I'm looking for a "Church/Business" attire dress belt to hold the weight of my G29.

For comparison, I'm looking for "Aegis Enhanced" stiffness style. Which is my EDB (Every Day Belt).

My favorite was a dress style double duty from Cabela's but they discontinued it. I am going to give these guys a try: Bigfoot Gun belts http://gunbelts.com/

Are you carrying the IWB or OWB covered by a jacket? What is your build? What is your holster type, and are you carrying spare mags and if so how?

I will throw in a vote for Nexbelt, but also disclose that I sell them, and am part of their pro design team. There is a reason why other companies have picked up and branded Nexbelt as their own, pure quality and a focus on health, and surviving the fight even if your grappling which is why they have a 2,000 break strength.

Just like the Nexbelt golf belts are worn by many on the PGA and LPGA tour, Nexbelt gun belts have been upgraded for plain clothes law enforcement use.

It's worth looking at all of the solutions. What I can say is that if you are able to attend either the Ontario Gun Show, or The Orange County gun show this month, or my store in Lake Forest you can handle the product rather than just shopping on line.

I use a bladetech belt (amazon), super stiff and solid. Ripoff of the kore ratchet system, but its a dress belt that can get tight... almost too tight i couldnt get it off!

I've ALWAYS been a fan of hanks. They are some of the best I've ever owned.

I vote Kore also, Trak adjustable belts get the fit just right. I'll never go back to belts with holes in them again.

Bladetech is not a rip off of Kore, Nexbelt holds the ratchet patents, and makes the belt for bladetech. The rip off is the other way around.

You never want your belt tight is can cause sever injuries, to the back by irritating the nerves in the hip area, or intestinal issues.

I have never seen a Nexbelt and not sure who was first but if you do a search for ratcheting belt patent Google says Kore.
https://patents.google.com/patent/US20150113770
It may be they improved the design somehow. Just a simple ratcheting belt search finds older stuff including this one from 2004 they say.

AIWB. My build is visible abs, 6'0" 175lbs, 33-34" waist. I use a Vanguard 2 holster, so jacket is a non-issue (tuckable). Spare mag goes in pocket or jacket (if wearing one that day).

I think I'll get Nexbelt and Kore. Then see which one will work for me. I don't mind having two dress belts...

Thanks Gents!

Well if you buy both, well expect a side by side evaluation. If you decide to buy from my shop or website use Nexbelt10 for a 10% discount, will be good for 10 days.
