Yeah... I saw that email as well! Tempting, that's the same price range as the old, venerable Aimpoint PRO!

Alas, I've decided to pay off my CC first ...

They're also $350 with the full co-witness, low, and lower 1/3 co-witness mounts. Crazy deal.

Same here, I added to cart and was about to check out but sense kicked in and I restrained myself since I didn't need it and already spent thousands on ammo for black Friday as well as a Eotech already. Great deal though!

Yeah, reality sets in when you really want to buy an optic on sale, but you realize that you really don't even have a rifle to mount it to ...hahaha!

They must be clearing out the old models now that the improved MRO is out. The new updated model is supposed to have better lenses. Something about edge blurryness in the previous versions.

I think they took a hit when Sig Romeo 5's are $129 shipped. I was huge on Trijicon but once I purchased 1 sig, I bought 9 more.

yup, thats what i heard.

The Trijicon MRO Manufactured before Serial number 89,000 did have a very slight magnification of 1.05x which is within the range of competitive reflex-style sight. Responding to customer feedback Trijicon adjusted the magnification in MROs with a serial number of 89,000 or higher to have a magnification of 1.00x or no magnification.

If you shoot enough, that sight magnification is a killer. I sold both mine...neat sights, just couldn't get over that glass flaw

Anyone have any idea if these are the sub-69000 versions with the slight magnification and fisheyeing effect?

How do these come in the box? Are they wrapped in plastic? Is the battery already installed?

I just received mine and it was sitting on the eggshell foam off to the side and crooked. There was no plastic wrapper. The black finish is scraped off the left edge of the objective lens showing 1.25" of silver metal underneath. The optic was turned on to position 3. Who knows how much battery life is left.

Tell me this isn't normal.

Mine came in a cardboard box also but no foam just paper to keep it from rattling around. Totally cheesy. Battery installed, but off.
The serial # is after 97,000.

They buy In bulk, that’s why they don’t come in a hard case like they’re supposed to.

I picked-up an MRO w/o mount for $314.99 shipped from Botach’s eBay store:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Trijicon-MR...e/391935632840

Just got it today. Serial is greater than 89,000. Came in the official Trijicon hard case with all the usual paperwork.

Mine came like that (but not scratched). I searched for unboxing videos and they were the same. I like the size and weight so far.

Mine came in the usual plastic case. I wouldn't be happy if it came in cardboard.

They do come with the battery installed and there's no plastic wrap according to an unboxing video on YouTube (thanks Joe Register).

Maybe mine was dropped by the shipper at some point and it shifted the optic in the eggshell foam and accidentally turned it on.

And maybe it came from the factory with the black finish scratched off the edge.

Who knows?

Mine came in cardboard box as well. Battery installed, turned off and with manual and other paperwork in a ziplock plastic bag. No scratches; 94000 range; full co witness mount.

That’s a good deal especially for the 89000+ serial which episode where they improved the lenses and changed the lens coating slightly

Mine was $350 delivered with a lower 1/3 co-witness mount. Did yours come with the mount?

The Botach $314.99 deal is w/o a mount. Add another $30 for either a 1/3 or absolute CW, would bring it to $345 shipped.

I’ve got B.A.D. mounts for mine already, so I was glad to only pay for the MRO.

YMMV, IMHO, etc.

Sales over! I waited too long dammit! I offered botach $315 on eBay, hopefully they except. Yesterday I received my Sig Romeo5 from Brownells, seems like good value!, happy with that pickup but time will tell! Definitely an upgrade from the $50 bushnell trs-25 that a few of my rifles have! Slowly upgrading my optics, Acog or 1-6 or 1-8 scope are next, unless botach accept my offer

Are you all bothered with the magnification? TRIJICON want to charge me $35 to replace the lens.

Default Price back to $350 on Arms Unlimited for both 1/3 and full cowitness

Botach best offer was $375 without mount, so Arms Unlimited gets my money! Next up is ACOG?
