Default Are Vintage Colt AR Mag Kits Worth More?

The old 20-round mags with the little clip for the floorplate (which is stamped Colt) and the aluminium follower? Do they fetch any premium? Making a trade and need to know.

Doubt it. Unless someone just wants a period correct rifle look alike. But tight now they are worth a lot more than they used to be. I would say 25 bucks is not unreasonable value

I have about 10 of them. I actually prefer them to the 30's but wouldnt pay more than $20 each for them used.

AR mags wear out. The feed lips crack.

If they are new(unused) but old they should go for about what any other quality mil spec magazine should go for in terms of selling price.

The followers were changed along the way to the anti tilt and to ones that would bind less.

Check on gun broker to help determine the current market value
