General rules in Cali.
Fixed blades must be exposed carry.
Folding can be concealed. (No blade length restrictions for folders)

Absolutely, as long as it is not concealed.

"Damn thing's so small, I always just carried the Izula in my pocket."

That's the way I'd prefer. Never had anything hanging around my neck.

Why anybody would want a knife hanging around their neck is beyond me.

I've had a few. Bud Nealy MCS and Gigand Mosquito that I can recall. Yeah, you don't want a knife hanging around your neck hahah. If you are not really into necklaces there are many better ways to carry a knife, IMHO.

This is a tough little knife that can be carried a couple different ways.

I have a Cold Steel Pro Guard neck knife I love but of course it is not legal here in California. Wharncliffe blade with extremely positive handgrip; I carried it in Pennsylvania, Arkansas, and Texas where it was legal!

I believe Emerson wave knives have a neck holster. It's folded so you can conceal but it automatical opens when you pull it out.
