Default C&R question

I bought a couple C&R handguns at the Reno gun show, brought them back to Calif, and registered them as req'd within the 5 days. Then I got a notice from CaDOJ that if I go to sell them, I need to go thru a 01FFL deader.
That's if I sell them in Calif, right? I can still sell or trade them in Nevada with my C&R license?
And notify CaDOJ of the sale?
Also, can I do out-of-state only sales on GunBroker?

Correct.

Yes.
Just remember to log all transactions in your bound book.

There is no requirement to report selling your firearm out-of-state to CA DOJ.
However, you can voluntarily do so.

As long as the firearm is not classified as an assault weapon, it is legal to advertise a firearm for sale while in CA.

Well? What did you buy?

I got a pre WW2 Browning FN1922 9mm Kurtz, Dutch police/military. and a Ortgies 9mm Kurtz in need of some TLC.
The SN's match on the FN, except for the magazine. It is surprisingly accurate, and had been well cared for, but I had to replace a cut off recoil spring before running modern ammo thru it. No Nazi markings, or wood grips, and an 18,xxx SN. so made about 1936.
The Ortgies was priced right, needed a magazine, some new springs, a thorough disassembly & cleaning, but had good bones, as they say. The original grips were not broken, as so many of these are. I like a good project gun, if it fits my low budget.
