Default TUNERS AD from 2-4 weeks ago



I purchased a Delton Echo 316 MOE they had for 799$ which included all magpul furniture. Now they are saying it doesn't I have found cut outs of the ad but want to take in full ad. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! This was at Pasadena store.

My friend bought the MOE version from that ad sale from Turners in Kearny Mesa, San Diego. Ut came with all MagPul MOE furniture minus the rear sight. Although it was a heavy barrel profile and not the M4 profile that is in the current ad today.

Sorry, I don't think he has the ad since we look at the ads online.

Thanks it was the 4th of july ad. But because someone behind the counter forgot to enter MOE on my stuff they cant do only sort of credit and just basically sold me the echo 316 stock version at full price of 779$ Load of **** if you ask me.

Talk to Hector at the Pasadena store. He's usually able to work things out the customers. Have you DROS'd it? You may have to re-DROS the one with the Magpul package on it.

Yea its been drosd. I had talked to Shawn he is the one that kept telling me "no its not the MOE this gun doesn't come with the MOE" i got offered a 20$ gift card lol I'm already in contact with corpo office and filling complaints about lack of responsibility when they cause a screw up and basically tell me its my fault for not having the ad in hand at the moment. -______- Yet i asked everyone and everyone confirmed its not it. Im a idiot for trusting the "professionals" at this shop.

Did inspect thats why i kept asking for Ad instore but they didnt have a copy and assured me i was getting correct rifle. It was my first rifle i always owned Handguns so i was unsure and hoped to receive correct info from salesman. Even though i asked maybe about 8 times. Now i learn my lesson and ill take my business elsewhere.

Sounds like you both screwed up. Sounds like turner's entered the wrong rifle during the purchase and didn't correct it before it was finalized.
But it also sounds like you weren't enough of an educated consumer to realize the screw up at any stage in the process before purchasing nor were you aware of your ability to force them to correct the error before completing dros which finalized the transaction. It's fine if you don't go back to them as they could have and should have gotten it right and been more helpful but wherever you go next, make sure you know what you want and are agreeing to buy before proceeding with the sale.

I learn my lesson and didnt back off. I went to corporate and delton and im working on getting some sort of credit or discount. Delton offered me a great discount but before i take them up on it i wanna see what turners does.

After quite a wait Turners Came thru and exchanged everything for the MOE stuff and did install. Got taken care of by Dustin Store Manager and was def a stand up guy about mistake and taking care of it. Knew something could be done but i guess other employes just didnt want to deal with it and figured id kick rocks and let them just push me out the door.

Though i do have to give major props to Deltons customer service who are the ones that contacted Turners and got the ball rolling in the right direction.
