That's nothing, a Krink pistol that FEDUPWBS built when he first opened PRK Arms went for 3200$ at the Cow Palace show back in 2008. He put that obsene price on it because he didn't want to sell it. It was all matching Bulgy with a matching serialized NDS receiver. Some guy just walked up and handed over his Credit Card. I think he may have got a mag with it.

Why would you sink that much cash into an AK? My AKs basically have a sling and a cleaning rod. When I need a SHTF rifle I put work in on my AR-15s. AKs are meant to be rugged and reliable not tactical precision guns.

To each his own, my ak has a rail, red dot, and adjustable stock. I absolutely love it and it fits me perfectly. I am 6 foot 3. Dont worry, non of the mods are made in china.

A fighting AR isn't considered a precision gun either an AK-74 can hang with an AR when your talking about zombies.

Any weapon will benefit hugely from the addition of a red dot try shooting on the move or during dawn or dusk hours or lowlight with the use of a flashlight without one it makes a huge difference.

IMO all that is needed on an AK is an Ultimak top rail, Aimpoint micro, a light, echo 93 QD swivel, and a Krebs safety then your done anything else is personal preference.

I like the rifle, bring it back down to $1500 tops and maybe I'll stop laughing though.

At least it has a bayonet with it. It seems a bit more of a value because of that.
