Deal is still going as far as I know. If you are interested, understand that you are paying me first because I have to pay for this AND you agree to sponsor a military/police man for 20-25$ then contact me via PM

I did this with Robert and it's SO worth it!

I get a life membership out of if for $300 and a Military/Police officer also gets a membership out of it. The $300 price alone is worth the deal.

Go for it!

Still going. Signed up 3 more today. Those 3 sponsored 5 military/police! On a side note the NRA is running tv ads in battleground states. Looks like they are going 'all in'. Step up and go 'all in' with them.

What does it mean that "you then have to sponsor a police/military man for $20-$25"?

I am thinking about joining the NRA and know a military man worthy of a membership.

Wanted to post how Robert signed me up last week and I received my packet Monday (took like 7 days!). Thanks much for providing great communication and this service to the community!

I highly recommend doing this and taking advantage of the opportunity Robert is providing!

Robert signed me up yesterday. He's providing a great service for the NRA & Calgunners. Thanks.

Edit:

My expiration date is now 10/31/2032. What do they know that I don't?

Ssaction, that date will stay on your member services page up to a couple days after you recieve your life membership package. I do not know the method behind the madness.

Yes you can change and pay the 300$. You must pay all of the 300 at once, and everything you have paid on your EPL doesn't count.

300$. However the NRA is offering free LIfe of Duty memberships for the military. You can sign up for free for that. Pm me your name and I will put you on the list I have of people to sponsor through the LOD

I said 'those three sponsored 5 military police'. That means between three people they donated 100 to the Life of Duty Program. That would cover 5 LOD memberships. There have been several people here who have sponsored 5 members by themselves.

For me to sponsor you as a life member, I ask that you sponsor a military or police member.

Wish I could. Don't know any active LEO or military. All retired or discharged.

You can do it anyway on the NRA life of Duty page.

You don't need to know anyone - the NRA can "pick for you" per se.

I didn't know anybody either but I joined anyway. Paid $325, $300 for me and $25 for a LEO or Military and poof! I was a lifetime member!

Received my goodies in the mail within a week. I felt very proud of myself that day

Go for it - you will NOT be disapointed

Yeah, if you go online to sponsor a military member, you just do it. Then in the confirmation email you 'can' add their name and email address, send them a message.

In reality, any Military/LEO member can sign up for it without a sponsor. They don't really have to be sponsored to sign up. Just go to the life of duty page and sponsor one. I guess it goes in the kitty so to speak. I had a list of names I was doing but those have been sponsored now. I'm working on getting some more. Surely everyone knows someone that knows someone in the military though...

Ok, at a milestone of 200 life members for the NRA here in this thread at Calguns. That is pretty awesome and says a lot about Calgunners. You have also sponsored an untold amount of military/LEO through the LIfe of Duty program. The response has been amazing. I will continue to sponsor anyone that asks. Remember any of the 200 new life members here can do the same, and some are doing it. A life member can call 1877NRA2000 ext1 and tell the operator they would like to give a gift life membership for 300$.

I do not mind doing it and I am happy to help. I make no money, just the satisfaction of helping gunowners and the NRA.

Lets change it up a little bit. If you want me to sponsor you as a life member, join the Second Amendment Foundation. It is $15.00. If you are already a member- sign up your wife, kid or a friend. Send me the confirmation email (you may have to ask them for one), and I will sponsor your life membership in the NRA.

Consider their $150 life membership option.

We all win- every gun owner.

www.saf.org or (425) 454-7012 remember to ask them for a confirmation email

I just wanted to say thanks again to Robert.

He wanted to make sure it was perfectly clear that it was not normal for a new member to receive their welcome pack after just a week. Under normal corcumstances, it would take 4-6 weeks.

However, I am glad to say that only 8 days after signing up, I got mine in the mail. Not everyone should expect these results, but the NRA seems to be on top of their game.

Thanks again Rob!

Hey Robert..getting close to thanksgiving. Do you know if the $300 deal is back, meaning, the "sponsor" doesnt have ti "gift" the membership...People could sign-up themselves as long as they say they're family members on a lifer?

That I do not know, I have had one individual say he was able to call and get in. I have had two that I had try it, and I ended up having to sponsor them. I guess it is who you talk too.

That is awesome! Here is a guy who did the NRA life deal back a while ago. If I had to guess I would say May or so. Then went to Endowment-Life, and has now joined the SAF as a life member. Very cool!

Thanks for helping to protect all of our gun rights!

I am interested in a life membership for the 300.. But also, do we have the ability to pick the LEO that I would like to sponsor for the LOD program?

I'm a little late with my "THANK YOU". But thank you Robert.
Robert was outstanding in his handling of every aspect of acquiring my new Life Membership. His communication was speedy (including a long distance phone call to explain the process and answer any questions). His humility is inspirational. And it is a blessing to realize that he truly enjoyed helping the hundreds of us out.
Deal with him with complete confidence.
Thank you, Robert!

I hope you all GET the point of the NRA needing money every year and not just sit back and never contribute ever again with that "life" membership.

NRA/ILA needs cash!
