No. The DROS/ 4473 asks for your current address, not the last address you lived.
Before plastic DMV IDs/ DLs, you could strike out your old address and write your new address on the back of the paper license while waiting for the DMV. That won't fly today though.

You may be able to use your old ID since it's only used by the FFL for purposes of identification, but you will need a current acceptable document, eg. auto registration, utility bill etc. to establish proof of residency.
Don't risk your gun rights by being impatient.

If your current ID does not have your current residence address, you need a government document to prove your residence.

Remember, you sign the documents under penalty of perjury, so if you get caught, most likely you can forget ever having a firearm again, as well as other problems.
