Default CCW while riding a motorcycle?

How do you riders conceal when on a bike? Depending on the Harley, I will either put my firearm in a saddle or backpack. Do any of you ride while concealing? My IWB setup shouldn’t cause any problems if I choose to do so, but I haven’t tried yet. I don’t like having to put my holster on every time I get off the bike.

I carry at 3:30 IWB on my bike same as when I'm driving, sitting in church or shopping. I have an Alien Gear IWB but just recently got a Remora sticky type holster that I prefer.

A motorcycle doesn't give you much cover to strap up every time you get on or off the bike.

I don't carry on-person while riding (don't want the broken ribs, etc. if I go down) but have an S&W 442 in my saddlebag with a pocket holster if I need (or want) to carry when I stop or get stranded (out of gas, hit a deer, get a flat, etc.). CCW holder here.

I carry at 330 as well while riding the cruiser. If I am riding the sport bike, I usually put it in my backpack, as it gets uncomfortable hunched over for a bit.

When I did ride, a part of the game was that eventually you crash and that when the time comes it is a controlled crash. I too would be concerned with a big hunk of metal being strapped to my hip or ribs. I never appreciated a dresser until I rode on some long trips and then I discovered saddlebags

Few times I have carried on my SV1000 I did AIWB with my g17 in a sidecar, wasn't super comfortable but wasn't so uncomfortable either. Biggest issue for me was my leather jacket being fitted its a pain to zip it up.

Default "Biker" - CCW Armed

Howdy:

01 Harley Softail - AIWB - 2:00 position (http://www.gungloveholsters.com/). Wouldn't want anyone viewing an OWB holster weapon while riding. A 911 call would elicit a timely LEO red light appearing behind a rider. "Do you know why I stopped you?" "No, I was only doing 35 mph in a 45 mph zone". "Sir, are you carrying a firearm?" Enough said!!!

Shield or LCP @ 3:00, or I'll put it in the tank bag. Might try ankle or boot carry with the LCP.

On the dirtbikes it's the S&W model 60 owb and I have a waist bag....ok it's a fanny pack

Same way as when I’m off the bike—LCR in a Mika’s pocket holster, front pocket.

Depends on which bike I'm riding.

Hayabusa = tank bag. IWB doesn't work well with leathers
If I get off the bike, tank bag comes with me
Goldwing = IWB @ 3:30

I have a leather vest with a pocket for a concealed firearm. It's located above my heart. That being said, I never carried a firearm when riding a motorcycle. If I go down, which is always a possibility, I don't want that chunk of metal filled with explosives work its way into my body.

Glock 23 at 3 IWB - 500 miles in a day and I had to make myself stop touching to make sure it was there.
