New Sporting Clays Gun Here...

Finally picked it up a few days ago. Shoots great. Left handed Caeser Guerini Invictus 3 Limited. Ordered some months ago from Pacific Sporting Goods.

Difference from regular Invictus line is the Gargoyle and Dragon engraving and Limited designation is due to the case coloring. Pretty nice wood also.

That was the Summit model. This is a heftier Invictus model, more akin to Beretta DT11.

BTW, I am shooting about 2,500 a month, not a week. Not trying for the Olympics.

Good to hear on the 2500 a month number. 500 a day would get old pretty fast unless you were financially motivated and someone else was paying for your ammo. 500 a day works out to 20 boxes of AA's or STS, or @$160-200 + 20 rounds of Skeet or Trap. / by 8 hours = 2.5 rounds per hour and no time for lunch. It costs alot to get to the Olympics!

It is running great. I am running it manually for now while I build muscle memory of placing wads and shells. Pretty soon will install the hydraulic drive system once I am confident of it. Hopefully primer shortage will end before I load 10,000 rounds as that is the amount of Winchester 209s I started with.

I remember those days well. Had a Perazzi MX-14 and shot with the likes of Dan Bonillas, Gary Bonetti and such. Trap of course. Our guns didn't have gold and engravings on them. All the money went inside them. Way nice gun. And yes we could go hundreds of rounds each day in a tournament. Sporting Clays a bit different sport. I used a PW for my reloader. Mostly shot Federal papers. Sold everything to get into paintball guns and such to spend time with grandkids. They are grown and gone now. So for me it's high end Sigs like Legions and P-210's. Again, congrats on such a beautiful gun.
