Off List Lower Pic
Quite a few months ago I received an email from a friend that appeared to be an internal memo from a police department in Northern(ish) or Central California. I like it because it was a VERY detailed picture of an off-list lower built AR type rifle outlying what made the pictured AR-15 type rifle legal in California. I was going to save it and print a copy so I could keep it with any rifle I was transporting in case... I've apparently accidentally deleted it and was wondering if anyone has a copy or could point me in the direction of a copy. I believe the "memo" was from Sacramento PD (I think) with wording to the effect of "be careful this is legal in California because of x,y, and z characteristics.
Any help would be appreciated, Semper Fi |

If anyone else should happen to have legally acquired additional memo's from other PD's, SO's, DA's, etc., please post them here or in the 2a forum. The more data the better!
