Default 80% Billet lowers

Its been a long time in the works but they are here and in stock. These are top quality billet lowers. They have upper tension screw and threaded take down detent hole so no more launching or bending the spring. The pics aren't the best but the lowers are! These are $140 raw.

Nice machining....why 3d mill the buffer area? You can smooth it with a mill when you mill and thread the buffer hole. I like the clearance cut to drive the bolt catch pin out. On my ARs I tapped the rear take down spring hole with 4-40 tap then cut off 1/4" of the spring . Reinstalled the pin and spring then set screw ....no more flying spring when you want to change the stock. I'm working on a solution for the fire selector pin .I don't like crap flying all over the room when you change grips.

I was going to machine the buffer extension like that but decided to run one 3d and I liked the looks of the 3d milling. I did two styles. One with a .030 step over and one with a .003 step over. It takes a little longer to machine but it looks good either way. I used a 4-48. I am the same way when it comes to flying parts! Thanks for the comments!!!
