Default WTS: Various C&R ammunition, including some super rare stuff

FTF transactions only, although I would consider shipping some of the rare ammo. Located in South Orange County, Lake Forest area

192 round spam can of 30-06 loaded in clips on bandoleers, this is Greek HXP, brass cased, reloadable, not corrosive, perfect ammo for a garand - $225

Crate of 30-06 (2 spam cans in a wooden crate) - $400

Couple of bandoleers for $70 each, each bandoleer has six pockets with a loaded clip in each pocket

8mm Mauser, Turkish ammo on stripper clips, not recommended for semi-autos, several clips available - $3.50 each

8mm Mauser, Turkish, as above but in a full bandoleer, 14 clips - $50

8mm Mauser, Turkish, as above but in a partial bandoleer, 9 clips - $32

.303 British on clips, this is Greek HXP, brass cased, reloadable, not corrosive. Several available - $6 each

.303 British partial bandoleer, 7 clips, not sure of what this ammo is, probably corrosive - $35

2 full boxes (20 rounds each) and a partial box (about 10 full rounds, few empty cases) of 30-40 Krag - $80

Plastic 7.5mm French Grenade Launching ammo, this was used with the Mas 36/51, 49 and 49/56 rifles. One partial box left (14 rounds) - $20

Two boxes of 40 rounds each of Soviet Nagant Revolver 7.62x38r target ammunition. This ammo is downloaded with a bullet that sits farther back, but is more accurate than normal Nagant Revolver ammunition. Also have two boxes of surplus ammo and one box of new PPU - $120 for everything

Steyr Mannlicher 8x56r Ammo - 2 Boxes of surplus on clips (10 round on 2 clips in each box), 1 full box of PPU, 1 partial box of PPU (partial box has 4 loaded rounds and 2 brass) - $75

PPU .32 ammo, total of 99 rounds (no idea what happened to that 1 round) - $30

Golden Tiger 7.62x39, excellent, clean, military loaded ammo, several boxes available - $6 a box

2 full boxes of 8mm Steyr Ammo made for the Roth Steyr 1907 pistol. Very hard to find ammo - $100

Soviet surplus 7.62x54r yellow tip heavy ball, 182 grain, perfect for mosins, very hard to find, $14 for a pack of 20

Soviet surplus 7.62x54r light ball on Izhevsk marked stripper clips, 5 round on a clip, 3 clip per box. This is 1940's production, issued for mosins. Super hard to find, $25 for a box of 15 rounds on 3 clips

This is unbelievably hard to find original Patrone 88 ammo, originally designed for the Gewehr 88 rifle, it became obsolete in 1904 with the introduction of 7.92×57mm Mauser

Some information from Wikipedia:

"The Patrone 88 (cartridge 88) or M/88 is a rimless bottlenecked rifle cartridge. It was a first-generation smokeless propellant cartridge designed by the German Gewehr-Prüfungskommission (G.P.K.) (Rifle Testing Commission) as the than new smokeless propellant introduced as Poudre B in the 1886 pattern 8×50mmR Lebel started a military rifle ammunition revolution.

The Patrone 88 cartridge was loaded with 2.75 g (42.4 gr) of single-base (based on nitrocellulose) smokeless powder. The cartridge was based on a Swiss design and was loaded with a 8.08 mm (0.318 in) diameter 14.6 g (225 gr) round-nose full metal jacket bullet that was cupronickel plated and reached a muzzle velocity of 620 m/s (2,034 ft/s). The bullet core consisted of 95% lead and 5% antimony. It served as parent cartridge of several 8×57mm rimless and rimmed rifle cartridges."

This ammo is in the original box, made in Dresden on the 8th of May 1900. The box is over 117 years old and the paper is very brittle, the clips and ammo look brand new. Amazing considering they were made over 14 years before the start of WWI. Original, used, empty clips sell for over $50, asking $300 for this box. I have a couple available, would prefer to trade for original, boxed 8mm Steyr ammo or original Roth Steyr stripper clips, also would like sealed boxes of 8mm Nambu and 6.5 or 7.7 Japanese (full, original boxes only)

The headstamp on the ammo shows that it was made in April 1900, package shows it as being packed on the 8th of May, 1900 in Dresden
