Best night sights for carry gun?
just did my DROS today for a glock 26 and it will be my carry gun. I have a glock 19 with Trijicon HD's on it and I like those sights a lot but have never had experience with any other night sights
I was looking at the truglo's, meprolight low profile night sights, and stock glock night sights.. For a carry gun what do you guys prefer? they do not have to be the ones listed if you have some sights you really enjoy on your carry gun please fill me in! |

Trijicon has the best warranty and they support competitive shooting. I once returned a set of 12 year old ones off of a G21 with no questions asked. My only other experience is with Mepros and OEM Glocks, Trijicons are still better.

I too am a big fan of the Truglo TFO sights. Just make sure you practice as it did change my POA/POI when I test fired it.

I have used Triji's and Mepro's on my carry guns. I find them of equal quality. Putting them side by side the Mepro's seem to be brighter in low light and I think the front sight is easier to pick up in daylight due to a larger white border around the tube. I still have a set of Trijicon's but unless they make changes to the design I'll be buying Meprolights to replace them when they die in a couple of years.
