Sacrament CCW Chief's name?

My CCW appointment is near and I am writing my letter of statement.. Any of you know what is the chiefs name or are there any other name I should put instead..? Someone said it is Jones.

Thanks! so it's not chief Jones then? I'm not doubting you but someone also told me it Jones also. I don't want to be using the wrong name. Should I just put to whom it may concern?

I'd recommend making it more generic.

To Whom it may concern will also suffice.
