HK VP9. Back in stock! (for the time being) 11/4/14 !!
Click here to buy yours now:
http://www.riflegear.com/p-3295-hk-v...ot-pistol.aspx UPDATE 7/24: We're now being told early August. We apologize for the incorrect delivery estimates...this is exactly why we usually just say we don't have any ETAs. We will update here, Facebook, and Instagram as soon as the VP9s are in stock, but the best and fastest way to find out is by signing up for email notifications here: http://www.riflegear.com/p-3295-hk-v...ot-pistol.aspx Original post: We don't have an exact ETA, pricing, or pre-orders. Please do not call, email, or PM about the VP9. We will update this thread with new information as it becomes available. They should be here next week and we will be offering them via SSE. I can tell you that our price will be below MSRP. We look forward to seeing some orders when they arrive and are posted online For the time being, here are some very quick iPhone pictures I snapped of our sales representative's demo pistol to hold you over Any additional questions about the VP9 can be posted here and we will answer them if possible. I was skeptical at first, but the ergonomics are phenomenal. The removable "slide tabs" (for lack of a better term at the moment) greatly aid in quickly racking the action. It points very naturally. The trigger pull feels a little better than a standard Glock, but the reset is slightly less pronounced (though still very perceivable). Last edited by Riflegear; 11-04-2014 at 2:17 PM.. |

How does this VP9 compare to the Walther PPQ in terms of the trigger and feel?
Also, I see that you are selling the PPQ's now. Will you offer the PPQs via SSE ?

Honestly, it feels very similar to a PPQ, but still has a definitive HK touch. I would say the PPQ trigger is a bit better, but the HK trigger is definitely not a deal breaking. The VP9 break is better than a Glock, but has a slightly less perceivable reset (though it is still positive and workable...better than the M&P9 reset). |

Thanks, so if I ask to see the PPQ in the store, the sales person will show it to me, correct?
I have been told that I cannot see a pistol unless it is on the CA DOJ list. Sorry to hiyjack this HK thread. Maybe I should start a new thread to help get the word out that you have the PPQ's in stock now?

If you would like to purchase using the law enforcement exemption, just bring your law enforcement ID and California DL/ID with you. You will still have to wait ten days unless you have a letter from your agency head exempting you.
Thanks! |

So....hitting refresh button on this page 3 or 4 times daily should reward it's followers with the first head's up that you have them in stock.
I think that is fair?

According to other shops in OC, they are not expecting any VP9s coming in until the end of August or early september. I guess this why riflegear is not receiving their shipment. I guess I will order it online. I don't want to wait until the end of August.

How will you go about getting the SSE?

This is correct. Sorry everyone!
Our original ETA proved to be unreliable. This is why we generally don't offer ETAs, but we've been reassured that they will arrive this week. Quote:
I can't speak to other shops supply chain, but we've been updated that our VP9s should be arriving this week (I know we said that last week, but we have proof this time haha). Hopefully you'll be able to get one through us. If you've already ordered elsewhere, we totally understand and we're sorry about the late shipment. Yea, it was on their site a little after 4:00...already with "Out of Stock". I'm not sure they promised to post it in this thread first. They just said it would be posted "online". I assumed that would be on their web site. Anyway, we'll see what happens.

Q: Is there a charge for a single-shot or single-action conversion?
A: Yes, there is a nominal charge of $25 for single-shot pistol conversion (AR and AK style has no additional charge) and $50 for single-action revolver conversions. |
