Default Roster question

I was interested in buying a Walther P99AS on Gunbroker. The owner originally bought it with the standard 15-round magazines, but later bought 10-rounders for it. The owner is selling it with the 10-round mags only.

Since the owner bought the pistol with the standard magazines, it's listed under an SKU not on the roster. Can the owner still sell me the pistol if it only ships with the 10-round magazines?

Here's the Gunbroker listing. Thanks.

Interesting.

I think I responded to the seller over at THR.

I looked at the S&W web site, and the P99 AS 9mm says SKU whatever, 'also available in 10-round, SKU xxx10'.

Same gun, different mags.

So, check with your receiving FFL. If the seller ships it NOT in the Walther box, so no SKU on it ...

IMVHO, Walther/Smith should have put both SKU on the labels on the boxes.
