I went high on both of mine. The gun is there anyway, so not buying the digging into your stomach part. Which in turn also protects the whole slide from sweat as well.

I get high on all my holsters. It's true that it digs into your gut but only when the gun isn't holstered and you're sitting. Why would I be wearing the holster if the gun isn't in it?

None. Don’t have it on any of my other AIWB holsters. Never had any problems.

Got it and it seems great! Had a small problem with the screw from my Viridian C5 rubbing the inside of the kydex making holstering and unholstering extremely difficult. The screw seems to be a bit long. I was able to find a small washer laying around and put that between the screw and the C5 and problem solved. Well worth the wait from the little bit of playing around with it I've done though. I'm definitely selling off my alien gear stuff now!

The front is the wolf grey, back is police blue. If I had to do it over I'd go with something else other than police blue, but I'm not unhappy by any means.

I like the slim look, how’s the retention feel? I might try this, is that Gen3 G19?

Yup Gen3 G19!
Retention was pretty much perfect for me right out of the box, but it is adjustable as well

Sweet man, appears you got the optic cut? Kinda kick myself in the *** for not choosing that option just because.

I actually double checked my order form because I thought it looked like an optic cut as well. I put no optic cut, or supressor height sights on the order form. Not sure if they did them anyways though. No complaints from me either way

You should choose the optic cut, suppressor height and threaded barrel just in case. The threaded barrel will allow you to carry a Glock 17 with it.

Yup agreed. Shoulda woulda coulda. My G19 holster did come with the muzzle opened up, so my 17 fits. Definitely also appears that supressor sights wouldn't be an issue but an optic might be a bit tight. No worries, don't really have plans to add an RMR but would've chosen the option if I did it over again.

Placed an order of Axis Slim this morning for my G19 since you all raved about this holster.
Now the two weeks waiting begins.

Sure will ^^^

Unbelievable how comfortable these setups are.

Just as a reference for those of you on the fence about these. I wear pretty tight shirts, and this holster does an amazing job hiding what's under there.

I'm also blown away at how comfortable this thing is. It is the first holster I've tried where I've truly been comfortable while wearing it. Standing and both sitting are no big deal. I've always been bothered by other holsters while driving... Not a bit of discomfort while wearing the Tier1. This will be my "go-to" holster from here on out. I'll be ordering a few more for my other CCW guns without hesitation this time. This is also coming from someone that never really liked AIWB in the past.
