18-19? Why not something like 0 to 25? That seems a lot more reasonable. Not too sure how many 18-19 people are here...

Guess I'll toss in mine too. I'm 21 (but people tell me I look 18 or 19). Out of college, and some people still think I'm in high school, wtf?

Anyways, here's my Mosin going after the paper at (guess where?) Richmond Rod and Gun.

aha I get that too. Richmond is alright, but I prefer the target holders at Chabot and Sunnyvale Rod and Gun. I spread my shooting around there, Chabot, and Sunnyvale Rod and Gun.

and nice oozinator avatar lol

MesaTac Saddle/rail
n Slugs for HD of course =]

Lastly.. my Ar-15 purchased this same year as the 870.. but a few months after the 870. Love the gun =p cant live without an AR-15 now! (old pic btw)

pingpong: yea AR-15 is night n day compared to other guns. Only thing i dont like about it is its a DI (direct impingement) vs Piston =/ so its dirty after a range day. Took me a good 2 hours to clean the gun after 500 rounds were fired (not wolf ammo.) Maybe its because i dont know how to clean efficiently? iono. Other than that.. GET ONE! a lil hard since most are sold out at gun stores but yea get one =p

yea I wish I still had my AR15 upper I sold it for some much needed cash. I plan on getting one in 1x7 (I had a 1x9) when the prices aren't so crazy/uppers in stock.

I built mine, was pretty easy.

I got the Stag lower, DPMS lower parts kit, Tapco collapsible stock, and bullet button at City Arms and picked up my Stag Model 1 Upper at a TS Gun Show in San Jose. The cost came within a couple dollars of just buying a Stag Model 1 complete rifle, but I wanted the knowledge of building the lower. I'll probably do it again when I pony enough for a 22lr setup.

18, been shooting since I was 16. PMI's asked me if I ever shot a rifle before at boot camp.

And then here's the trash I have to leave at home since the armory card business is too big of an ordeal to deal with.

308 in a heavy barrel I'm guessing would be about 8000 rounds. Not a big deal for someone like me who shoots 200 rounds of 308 per year tops.

You can get a Remington 700 SPS Tactical for like 550 bucks, that has the same barrel as the 700 Police but it's chopped to 20" instead. Then throw on an Elite 3200 (get one used for like 160) and you've got yourself a nice package for like 800 bucks. Should shoot sub-moa for sure.
