It is my understanding that the California Assembly Revenue & Taxation Commitee approved the bill on Friday, the 17th.

Ok, I'm a bit confused. It seems that there is a 10% tax for the vendors that they can pass on to us, but it also looks like there is an additional "comparable excise" tax on the storage or use within California. So basically we're looking at somewhere around 20% taxes on ammunition? Or am I reading that wrong?
