I have an extra lower I've been trying to figure out what to do with.

Saw this today. http://palmettostatearmory.com/blem-...=11%3a00+Email

I'm tempted.

This month's American Rifleman had a piece about it. Sounds intriguing.

Join the Facebook groups on the 224V. A lot of info on what people are using, what kind of velocity they're getting from factory and reloaded ammo. Big topic is accuracy of some factory loads at 90gr especially the Federal SMK's which has caused delays in barrel shipments as several mfr's have found issue with the 90gr pill and the optimal twist rate. I am not having any issue with the Federal 90gr. In light of the Federal issues, a lot of people are waiting for the new Hornady Match ammo which should be dropping today in stores.

Pics for attention of my setup.

I don't mind buying a blem PSA lower, or something that has almost no chance of being messed up. But, I bought a blem upper from them that has been fired. I don't know if someone returned it because it shot like crap, or jammed a lot, or what. I don't know if it has 10 rounds or 1000 rounds through it. For a lower, it wouldn't matter. For something with a barrel, I wouldn't trust them.

PSA now has the 20 inch upper on sale for $300, and it doesn't say it's a BLEM.
