Default Anyone been to Barton Flats Campground?

Reserved a campground to do some car camping this weekend. How's the drive up there? Is it curvy like the drive up to Big Bear?

Using my wife's car-sickness as a metric, the 38 is significantly less curvy than the 330/18 route up to Big Bear. We usually have to stop 2 or 3 times on the 330/18 route, and have yet to stop on the 38 due to her feeling queasy. It's also a much more pleasant, scenic way to go in my humble opinion.

It should be a nice weekend for camping. What do you have planned? There's a good amount of hiking and fishing around the area, and if you head back down the 38 a little ways, the Oaks restaurant is a pretty good place to eat.
