yea, the red dot or even trigger (APEX) I can always buy later. The bull barrel will be hard to come by. Damn it, I was going to save up for a CZ S2, I guess there's always next year for that lol.

Before you have an SN engraved check the current rules as they are in flux. the 7-1-18 date may no longer be valid either, nothing sooner than that at least. I think that there are requirements that are more than just a SN, I think your name and city may also be required, but please check first.

I see the jig bending the rails, it is also the jig for drilling holes?

Sorry for shooting arrows at this, I just want to be sure what I would be getting myself into.

If you look at the pictures closely you’ll see there are holes in the bending jig with the size drill bit needed.

You are correct, you need your name, city/state and serial.

I am going to get an X5 for myself and an RX Compact for my brother's birthday present.

The "RX" models come with the Sig Red Dot, which is pretty sweet.
The X5 is an awesome pistol, and a red dot can be added later. It's a BIG pistol though, not for concealed carry unless you're a BIG dude.

Basically it comes down to what size pistol you want and whether or not you want a Red Dot.

I am no expert though, I literally learned most of this a couple hours ago....

Do they make an RX Compact? NVM they do. We can order those too!

We can order the RX Full-Size and get them shipped out within a few days. Send PM for more info and pricing.

I have the original full size P320 in 9mm. I really like it (but would like it more if I had not gotten boned with the whole Gen1/Gen2/BrokenPromises issue.

And I have a compact and it feels similar to the p228 or 229 in size.

Check out Inlander Arms on the vendor page for SSE kits. I have one, they are pretty universal.

So just an update, there have been 21 orders that have been placed and paid for. Orders for in stock items will begin shipping soon with kits arriving next week. As noted previously and when orders were placed, X5 orders will begin shipping as stock arrives.

One thing that was overlooked is keeping track of screen names and real names. Chris is only seeing people's real names, so if you can provide your screen name to Chris as well when you order, or PM me your real name and your order I can reconcile the list and update the list on the first post. I want to do this for tracking of the orders, mostly the X5 orders which have a line going. It will allow people to see where they are at in line and make sure everything seems transparent.

The process for these is relatively simple. If you can use a hammer and a drill you can probably build this.

What is the relation between F & F and AB Prototypes? Are they the same? Which one are we doing business with?

I think I have a couple of neighbors that might buy a jig from me when it becomes surplus to me, so I might be in with a couple of other friends.

1911Brian, the P80 pistols look to be more challenging than these are and the P80 pistols could be done by a 10 year old.

The group buy is through F&F Firearms. AB Prototype is a different vendor.

Don't be. These look to be even easier than the P80 ones and those are so stupid simple that there are You Tube videos that mock the factory instructions.

Compared to these, doing an AR 80% is brain surgery.

I'm not suggesting build parties but if members in certain areas decide to get together and share the jig and help each other out, it'll save shipping time and make things a little more efficient.

The vendor charges California Sales Tax at 8.75%.
Seems like no one has factored this into the price.

$649 + 8.75% = $705.79

That sucks because I could have sworn that I saw a $649 OTD price originally in the first post. Can any of you guys confirm this??
