This is the direct replacement grip that covers the mag release. No weld design. Using your gun out of state, just remove the 2 screws. $31 + $4 shipping. Dealer inquires are welcome This is for just the grip, not the complete lower!

I have one of these and it works great. I have mine on an Israel lower, I had to file out the well where the mag release sits so that it would depress better but all things considered, this is 100% worth it for an Cali UZI owners.
It works the same as any bullet button, I use a 556 round or a screwdriver, shorter "tools" tend to not give you the leverage or angle. YMMV |
