Mrlonewolf you know I'm always down for another build plus my two sons, f mother jones and there left wing, truth stretching, felony committing, dbag journalists (I use that term very loosely). My son is still pissed that he helped the turd along with his build.
Besides, if you guys don't host another soon I will have to buy the rest of the tooling to build them at home, I refuse to let people (I use that term loosely as well) like that stop me from legally building.

Yup, the funny part is that my son (15) has helped quite a few people including the dbag from MJ during builds, he takes building pretty seriously and as a result is very focused at the BPs. He actually wants to be a gunsmith. The lefties can suck it.

Here's the deal.

THERE IS NOTHING ILLEGAL GOING ON. So screw them let them in Let them build what ever they want. because nothing is illegal.

We as build party hosts and helpers are under no obligation to prove that the "Builder" is in compliance of the law as far as possession goes.
We do take reasonable measures to ask the proper questions about prohibited persons but that does nothing to stop someone from lying their arse off and building a weapon they are not suppose to own.

I believe that if it ever went to court, no one would get convicted of anything. Reasonable steps were taken to insure that the person building is legal but we are not going to run a Back Ground check on anyone.

See the issue is it's a build party and the dip dunk media has no clue that a build party is no different then a guy buying all the tooling and doing it himself in his own garage.
The build party is just easier for people to get access to the tooling.

We do what we do not in dark basements but in plain site but not being overt either. Everything is kept low key and a photo rule is strictly enforced.

So I don't see the problem... What you want us to stop so they won't ban home builds??

I say we go ahead and do a state wide build but not in an overt place.

I say we rent out a warehouse somewhere and go for it.

Brian Schatz has contacted me under another name. I have no worry about it at all as this is 100% legal. Most of the time myself build with a team of builder at a hosted location that holds a FFL 07 lins. There are no issue with the locations were im helping build these riffles.
I do expect a raid of a build party to happen in the future . As most of the time stuff like this happens to make sure there is noting illegal going on. This is not a issue in my book .
I'm also not worried about Mrlonewolf future party's as he is will connected with a Strong legal backing on calguns . I do know there will be some type of big deal made of this from Sen Lee so expected it. I leaned so much in the past about building there really is no big deal if it was stopped . Once you learn something it will stay with you for ever.

Well I don't know about all that but lets just say there is typically enough assembled weapons brought in for show and tell, along with legal open loaded carry on private property to hold swat back for a month

I'm in no way insinuating anyone provoke LEO's But there will be a few minutes of a nervous stand off.

And BTW there already was a raid on a build party in California, I don't remember the outcome but I think no one left in cuffs

SJgunguy24 expected the worse . It would be the police ,swat and ATF. There only a few things that can happen everyone goes home or everyone goes to jail. Expect your houses to get raided as well. As long as your legal and have no issue with owning a firearm you should be good. Legal battles with firearms are not cheap. But if you were not wrong there could be a positive out come .
