Default CRPA Membership renewal info.

Just wanted to share some info.

I renewed my family on line in beginning of December for three years with the FL in paper.

So yesterday I received a new Card (which is now plastic) just for me and my membership number has changed. Has always stayed the same thru the 30 some years. There was also a form letter welcoming me as a new member.

So I called them today and spoke with Roxanne which was very pleasant to deal with. She said that all membership numbers are changing. Said some time family card donít get processed in renewal. Found my family members in their system and said will be mailing those cards out. Also confirmed that I chose the mailing of the Firing Line. All went very well.

Just wanted to share that membership numbers are changing and the letter is confusing stated new member whom she said she has gotten some calls on these issues.
