Default Medical training in the Bay Area?

I am just curious if there are any medical training classes that are usually offered in the Bay Area? I had some really basic training during a low light course where we spent about 2-3 hours of classroom/hands on with some things and the rest of the day shooting, applying tourniquets on ourselves and fighting while wounded.

I am looking for some more training if it's available.

Many cities/communities/fire departments have "CERT" trainings, Red Cross teaches CPR + First Aid - possibly "EMR" trainings, community colleges and private outfits teach EMT & Paramedicine....

Depends on what you want.

We are planning a course in the Bay Area in the next few months. Here is one that we are running this coming Friday:

If you are dedicated, take an EMT-Basic class at a nearby community college. Best value for your money. My wife and I did this and it's a great set of skills to have.
