It's an argumentative paper.

I need help on key points and maybe some links to articles where they discuss this subject.

The key points I already have.
1. Not constitutional
2. Only law abiding citizens will follow the law.

I just need a couple more

The ONLY group impacted by more restrictive gun laws is law abiding citizens. Criminals have no regard for laws, so it makes no difference to them what the laws are, they will find a means to get whatever firearms they want and use them. It's the law abiding citizens that have to deal with the restrictions. So essentially, the additional laws have ZERO impact on criminals.

states like California CREATE more problems, thru the laws they pass, than they ever solve from passage of them.

prime example: add a forward mounted, vertical, pistol grip, to a semi-auto with a detachable magazine and you create and assault weapon...??????...does that make sense? doesn't.

we are told not to judge muslims by what a few do...yet, the NRA membership and firearms owners are ALL considered as radical...
