Default With Basura gone, how do things change?

So the New York ‘Slime’ at https://www.nytimes.com/2020/12/06/u...secretary.html is ‘reporting’ that current Attorney General Xavier Becerra will become Secretary of Health and Human Services if the election is stolen. So how does this change things for Californians? Basura is the worst but I’m sure that Newscum can find someone even more anti-2A. Anyone have any idea who it is going to be? Is DOJ going to do test balloons like ATF did with pistol braces?

Guess who's out and needs a job.
On July 1, 2015, Leland Yee pled guilty to charges of racketeering. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison on February 24, 2016, and was released in June 2020.

Yee told CBS two years before he was arrested: “It is extremely important that individuals in the state of California do not own assault weapons. I mean that is just so crystal clear — there is no debate, no discussion.”

Wait until Becerra tries to declare “gun violence” a national health emergency to further take away our 2A rights.

I’m still not convinced Biden will be taking the oath of office on January 20th.
Let’s see how the real vote for President goes on December 14th.
I’m not sure either gets 270 votes, Supreme Court hears voter fraud, tells Congress to invoke the 12th Amendment.
Hello President Trump.

That should go over good with middle america. We are going to end up with an administration mirroring that of CA.

Hello President Trump.
Far more evidence of voter fraud and election mismanagement than the Russia hoax. Anyone with a pea brain could have seen the seen mass mailing of ballots would create fraudulent voting. There are 5 people I know that received multiple ballots.

As happy as we were to get rid of Harris as AG, we got Becerra. Do you really think his replacement is going to be any better? I’m not holding my breath.

I'm sure he'll be occupied with other issues more directly related to the department. However given the opportunity, yes - he'll pitch in I'm sure re "guns are a national health problem". And we should remember he doesn't mean criminal use of guns, illegal possession of guns, stolen guns or altered guns. He means the mere presence of guns. Lawfully purchased, owned and possessed guns, lawfully configured guns of any kind.

Unique to guns is this theory of "exercise of a right = national health emergency".

On the "voted for Biden" thread one fellow responded "I'm OK paying $25.00 more for an AR". This underestimates how much damage we'll be exposed to and the threat to our rights.

Good. He's not the new senator. He is in an appointed position now without long term employment prospects. Best part is he will be unemployed in a few years and not a permanent US Senator.

It doesn't matter. He's just a figurehead. It doesn't matter who signs court filings.

Hello President Trump.
Now wouldn't that be something?

That's what should happen at this point.

Biden and Harris are worthless and there is no way in hell they won the election with 68,000,000 votes I saw on the real numbers on the DW.

AG is an elected position. He was elected to a new term when Harris' term was up. Brown appointed him originally to fill the vacancy left by Harris BSing her way into the senate.

The 14th is not a deadline because there was fraud.

Biden will not be the next President. Trump won by a landslide and will win at the Supreme Court or declare martial law.

The election was a foreign attack. They captured the servers from Germany.

I think part of the problem is the standards for registration and verification are SOOOO LOW its damn near impossible to prove anything. Look at how many billions the EDD got defrauded out of and how much harder it is to get unemployment benefits verifying identity vs registering to vote. That's why they will never allow voter ID. Heck I got purged from voter registration and I've voted every election except the last in 2018 cause my ballot never arrived to the sandbox when I was deployed. I had to scramble to re-register and it only took a couple mouse clicks.

It's a feature not a bug

"Joe Biden knows that gun violence is a public health epidemic." This is the FIRST LINE of Biden's gun control agenda (https://joebiden.com/gunsafety/)

Bercerra is being put into a position that will directly be leveraged to take away 2A rights. This is by design and planned this way from the start. We better get our ducks in a row NOW!

Yep,,, along with Harris and ability to make executive decrees.
SCOTUS has shied away from significant gun cases for awhile.

A Politico article at https://www.politico.com/states/cali...eaders-1342605 discusses replacements for Basura.

Quote:
The AG field is narrower than the one for other seats given that Newsom must pick someone admitted to practice law in California at least five years prior to the appointment. Still, there remain numerous ambitious elected officials who fit the bill, among them: Rep. Eric Swalwell, Rep. Adam Schiff, Rep. Jared Huffman, Rep. Ro Khanna, Rep. Ted Lieu, Assemblymember Rob Bonta, Assemblymember David Chiu, Assemblymember Lorena Gonzalez, state Sen. Scott Wiener, former state Sen. Hannah-Beth Jackson, Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf, Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg, San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera and former state lawmaker Martha Escutia.

Herrera is already considered as a leading candidate given his experience, Latino background and longstanding relationship with Newsom. As San Francisco’s city attorney, Herrera has already gone to bat for key progressive causes such as gay marriage and has been a point man against the Trump administration on key issues backing up Newsom and Becerra.

“I love serving the residents of the city and county of San Francisco and, obviously, a lot of our work has been with the attorneys general's office, over the years, on behalf of California statewide,’’ Herrera said in an interview Sunday, noting that he has worked with previous California attorneys general to advance the state’s causes in the courts.

But the competition for Becerra’s job is intensifying as befits a job that has long been a launching pad, catapulting Harris to the Senate before Becerra filled her seat. Among other candidates, Bonta was in consideration to become attorney general in 2016, when then-Gov. Jerry Brown ultimately chose Becerra to replace Harris; he would be California’s first Asian-American attorney general.

Meanwhile, Escutia told POLITICO in an interview that she would “absolutely” be interested but had not spoken to Newsom.

Salazar, the Democratic strategist, said Newsom could go an obvious route and make a popular pick like Herrera, or make a non-political pick like Thomas Saenz, president and general counsel of MALDEF, who has been in the running for some top legal posts. Picking a Congress member would be riskier, he said, given that the “Democratic majority there is somewhat tenuous," and the party wouldn’t want to take a chance losing a swing House district.
Does anyone know anything about any of these people?

One of the things I had forgotten with regards to Becerra, he was connected to a Clinton Era Pardon controversy. Another swamp creature.

Let's hope a Republican Controlled Senate denied this arseholes chances of betting a Cabinet job. Yes, we would still be stuck with him, but then that prevents Newscum from appointing another corrupt person as AG.

I recommend Havier Bakarea.
Good news Biden will not be President because of the court cases that will deny corrupt system of unfair voting. I will let the cal guns legal eagles to explain it in detail. Just rest assured Biden will not be nominating or appointing anyone.

But hey cal gunners have your fun whining about would might have been with a Biden admin.

No offense but while you were watching sitcoms. Michigan held hearing that went on for almost 7 hours.

One witness after the other every 3 minutes, everyone saying the same thing, Pol watchers thrown out, kept from verifiying votes.
Here is just one example of around 100 who testified under oath.
https://humanevents.com/2020/12/02/m...ion-tampering/
https://rumble.com/vbi5p1-witness-at...-dominion.html

This was with 100% certainly a CIA deep state operation, steal the election from the American people. That said every election in the future will likely be fixed for the candidate most easily led by the corrupt deep state with a sycophantic media projecting every move ahead of time.

Everyone who followed the hearings, lawsuits and vote totals knows with 100% certainty this election was stolen.
What are the odds Biden could win when democrats closed down the vote ?
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/202...e-quadrillion/

"Dr. Cicchetti is the former Deputy Director at the Energy and Environmental Policy Center at Harvard University’s John Kennedy School of Government and received his Ph.D. in economics from Rutgers University.

According to Dr. Cicchetti, his calculations show the probability of Joe Biden winning the popular vote in the four states independently given President Trump’s early lead in those States as of 3 a.m. on November 4, 2020, is less than one in a quadrillion.

Dr. Cicchetti’s analysis calculates that for Joe Biden to win all four states collectively, the odds of that event happening decrease to less than one in a quadrillion to the fourth power (1 in 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,0004)."

Agreed. I'll just add that at first, folks like our "friend" Anonymous Ghost, said "there was no fraud!!". Now that fraud was shown they say "There was not enough fraud to change the results of the election!!"

Hahaha! We're right! Until we're wrong, then we change what we say, annnddd, We're right again!!!

Many moons ago, I believe somebody in Becerra position, maliciously Micky moused a CDC study / report, on gun violence.
You can guess what the study found / reported.

Don't forget that Newsom appointed Gascon to DA in SF. I wouldn't put it past him to move him into the AG role. Just looking at his history with SF and what he has announced for LA should be enough to frighten anyone who doesn't subscribe to their ideals.

Don't forget the morons in LA overwhelmingly voted for this @sshat. They now have the government they deserve.

If you watch the classic movie, "Escape From LA" you will see a Los Angeles that is much better than the real one is today.

Even that cannot fix the mentally disabled voter in Los Angeles.

Does anyone know anything about any of these people?
Becerra did not meet this requirement. Nor did Jerry Brown. Don't think Newsom gives two sh*ts what the law says. Has he ever?

Thank your neighbor and fellow gun owners for passing Prop 63. For that gun control is a winning legislative agenda.
