Default Please Recommend North County San Diego Gunsmith for 1911's

It was suggested by many that I find a competant Gunsmith to solve my 1911 problems. I didn't get to this age being stupid so does anyone know of a Govt model 1911 gunsmith in North County San Diego?

Thanks,

By Buds in San Marcos do you mean Bud Duncan? They were telling me I would have to give up my weapon for 3 months to get it worked on. Do you know anyone else?

Well the lockup seems poor and I constantly have to push the slide forward to get the barrel to lock up. That happens after 60 rounds. Even after generous lube I have to push the slide forward the last 1/8 inch. I am shooting 3 gun and have issues with reliability that can't continue.
