Nice! The only reason I ask is that I have 2 that look like yours that are also Unfired/Unused.
A 303 and a 22 trainer dated 1943. I took the 22 apart today. 0000 steel wooled and refinished it with Tru-Oil. The stocks had no finish on them and were looking rough and dry after being in the safe for 15yrs. After all these years, there still unfired.  I"ll post up a before and after picture when I get it back together. -g

Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody... I belong to the group that uses firearms, and knows which bathroom to use. Tis better to have Trolled & lost, Than to never have Trolled, at all. Secret Club Member?.

Tis nice and with them running $900 to $1200 un-issued,,heck I'd give him $40 for the sling.
