Mr Equinox is back to basic. I seriously forgot how good these grips feel like in my hand cause when i first got this gun i thought the grips are ugly so i removed them and just stored in them in the safe. Now 6 months later we meet again and my perspective of her has changed... now i think shes darn fresh and sexy

Got a face lift on my P226. E2 grips and a bath in a buddys sonic cleaner.

This gun has well over 11,000 rounds through it, no malfunctions other than those self-induced for training.

Just finished my Tier 3 customization for my Sig Sauer SP2022 pistol.

Tier 3 upgrades- OE plastic guide rod replaced with a Stainless Steel version. Full aggressive stippling performed on entire frame (front & underside of trigger guard, front strap, entire backstrap & magazine extension), milled finger notch on trigger guard, milled load chamber indicator, fully polished internals & feed ramp.

It'll be heading back for a Tier 2 upgrade which includes "windows" milled into the slide for a lighter action.

What do you guys think?

This is my NIB factory nickel, W. German P226. I did add the Equinox grips, but it is unfired. I apologize for the crappy iPhone pics. I have yet to go through and use the good camera on my collection.

Installed the E2 grips and stainless guide rod. I had to match the guide rod so I polished the barrel...

I just got mine. Hopefully firing it today. I am VERY intrigued by the mods you were talking about but have no idea what you were saying. Only mod I know of for this gun is the Stainless Steel Guide Rod but that company is closed for a few weeks.

Here's my humble beginnings 9mm version no night sights

Got these from ronintoybox here. Great buy!

That is so awesome, there must be a law against it! What do you know about putting 12 rounds into an unmodified mag in Kalifornya? It seems like it might be a legal 'grey area'.

Trying to go for a '90s SWAT team look. Obviously my photography skills are lacking, so I'll need to retake these.
