Just gauging interest @ this point, so the owner of the cnc can see the scope of work. Nothings definite yet, except my 4 frames will be done tonight.

Thx, G.

Grips to spec are still needed. Just curious, how come no one has ever thrown a 10/22 group buy in (I didn't see any in searching)? Those projects are really simple to complete.

Everyone has their equipment set to making AR-15's and a few 1911's. No one has 10/22's

I need two from this buy and one from the 1st if you can swing it.
Can you PM your address so I can send you the money for shipping the grips and a little thank you?
No reason for you to pay for shipping twice when it is on Ares.
Thank you for sticking with it,
Bill

Dude c'mon, did you read his post? Lol he said he is going to have ares ship everything. Meaning Ronald will require no more money to ship anything, and he will not be the point of contact for the buy anymore. Also he most certainly has nothing to do with the first gb, if you need something for that one contact that gb leader.

what Ares will say :
** "Again all grips did not pass inspection. We will need another 5 months or so to redo a mold to remake all grips to spec".

** Actual truth, grips were never made.

So WTF they haven't ran a first article yet? Sorry in the manufacturing world, you make 1 piece, and then inspect that one piece. If it passes you run the rest. You would not waste material running a whole batch of bad parts...

So Ares "Tuesday" quote was again another lie.

No one has 10/22's? As in the 80%s? There are a few manufacturers, some of which are VERY cheap. I'm not a manufacturer or supplier so IDC in the end, but I think those sitting around waiting on a build party should know how easy this one is. You don't need a CNC! You can buy the jig but you really don't need it if you have someone with a DRO. With a jig, you can very easily do this one with a drillpress, probably even with a cordless dewalt... And given the times 10/22 is better all around to a 223 (I'd rather rest my faith on my 308 than any 223, I only played that game for a trainer). 223 was great when ammo was cheap. Yeah 22lr is tough to find, for a bit. I played this one the last election, wait it out a bit and then give yourself a bit of leeway. How much can people hoard? Not enough to count, less they plan on passing to a few generations away.
Only difficult part is the bolt, there are more expensive readily available but if you want a ruger get in line at midway to wait. Trigger groups are easier to come by.

If I came into this game 6 years ago and knew what to expect, I would have gone 10/22 a long time ago. Just my $0.02

Thought he meant he would have Ares ship them if they did not get sent before he moved... and that it looked as if they were actually going to get them to Ronald soon. HA!
As to the one extra, a fella can try

I want to liquidate my first 2 frames. They are just sitting here while I or we continue to be jerked around by some BS. I am a business owner and I know when I can or cant come through and I am sure ARES does to. I feel totally schemed. This is a joke. I have an 80% piece of nothing. If anyone wants to trade or something for my 2 frames I am ready. I dont care about this stupid build anymore. I am still waiting from the first group buy and then I see a second group buy. What is this? I call it THEFT! PM me if interested in some frames. I will take parts kits, ammo and what ever else to get these headaches out of my shop. I cant even get a response to my emails. ARES ARMORY YOU ARE A JOKE!
