Default The California Mag Lift is on! GREAT pricing on PMAG rebuild kits and 10/30 mags.

Hi All, just wanted to let you know that a favorite vendor of mine is responding to the passage of AB48 with Operation California Mag Lift! Their goal is to ship 40,000 rebuild kits into California before the end of the year. Their 10/30 mags work great and pricing/service on PMAG rebuild kits is top notch.

http://californiamaglift.com

Buy with confidence from this vendor!

Hartatac is a great vendor. I just put my 3rd or 4th order in with them yesterday. And don't forget to use the "calguns" coupon code during checkout for an added 5% off orders of $50 or more.

No. The section that prevented ownership doesn't go into affect, because it was dependent on another bill's passage which didn't happen.

I'd have to look at the wording again to be specific, but if I'm not mistaken you won't be able to import, transfer or manufacture "conversion" kits. The word conversion is sparking quite a debate in the SB48 threads.

I don't know how much of a debate there really could be on the word "conversion". As we know there are no "conversion" kits in general terms when it comes to standard capacity magazines (read AR) but they do define what one consists of: Mag body, follower, spring, floor plate etc. Those parts just so happen to be the same things that make up a "rebuild kit" or "repair kit". I am sure more discussion will be had on this but I will be playing it safe until another definition is presented.
