My trusty Remington bolt action 514 and its cousin the Remington Nylon 66. I have a new GSG-5 and a Stainless Ruger Single Six, but you all know what those look like.

My Ruger 10/22 Carbine. Changed the trigger and added a Volquartsen Hammer. UTG Bipod, Barska 4x32 Plinking Scope. Shoots out to 400 yards with no problems.

I believe I posted this somewhere else on here... but here it is again. Savage Mark II BTVS with a Hawke Varmint 6-24x44 scope, Burris Signature Zee rings, Harris 13-25" bipod, (for shooting while sitting mostly) and a home-done trigger job, breaking at about 1.25-1.5 lbs.

Default Savage 93fvss

This is my go to gun from gound squirrels to coyotes. The Center Point 6-24x50 scope is perfect for what this rifle can do.

Default My GSG-522 'G3'

The GSG-522 was somewhat a let down with its cheap plastic parts, so I thought I would rebuilt with a set of 1960's HK G3 walnut wood furniture. This was more work than you think....but now it looks like something worth keeping!

That GSG-5 looks downright badass danno02! Nice work!

I just snapped a few quick ones of my HK Umarex MP5 now that I've got my Vortex Sparc mounted.

Fellow Calgunner sold me this 1948 Mossberg 146b-a and I slapped a 6-24x44 on it and did some work at 50 yd a couple of days ago. Not bad for a C&R.

Didn't even bother trying to hold a ruler up next to this grouping. That'll do, pig.

CZ 453v in .22LR wearing a Leupold 16x scope. In hindsight I wish I'd had the barrel cut to 16" when I had it threaded (and may do that at some later date) -

I just finished the restoring of this 1942 Mossberg U.S. Property Trainer

The rifle was made here in the states , But went to England to train the new troops in bootcamp
It's marked " U.S. Property "
The plate on the buttstock plate has a trapdoor to store another mag'
Another cool item / It has a threaded barrel for a silenicer and still has the thread protecter
Also Marked 'N' for Navy on the stock

.

Default Marlin 39A

I just got my 39A (that I originally bought back in the late 70s) back from a three month complete makeover. Here is what was done:

1) Hand fit a select checkered walnut stock and hand rub to a gloss finish.
2) Complete edge rounding of finger lever I started years ago. I rounded the trigger myself and had it gold plated.
3) Disassemble and have all steel parts polished to a mirror finish and have them deep dark blued.

Here is the result (that is the reflection of my hand in the first picture):

When I first got it back it was a bit dry so I took it apart, slicked up the action, oiled it, adjusted and reassembled it. It is now tight and slick and shoots perfectly with pin-point accuracy.

This is now the finest rifle that I own.

Dan

I have that same Nylon! It's the first rifle i ever had and the only rifle I was able to bring when I moved to Cali when I was younger. It was my Grandfathers and it was given to me after he passed away. Every person i teach starts with that rifle regardless of age and everyone wants to shoot it when I take it plinking.

.....sorry. got a bit excited.

Nice Mossberg. I have a CMP M44 and I use it to train and qualify boys in his scout troop but I like the full stock you have.
