Default REMINGTON NITRO STEEL $69.99/case after rebate

Rogers Sporting Goods has REMINGTON NITRO STEEL for a super deal. 3" 1-1/4oz duck loads for $69.99/case after rebate. That's $169.99/case, less a $100/case rebate and free shipping. Limit 3 cases. If you buy 2 cases, they throw in a free hoodie (first 3000 customers). Currently available in 1, 2, 3, 4 and BB.

I have used the #2 loads before and they worked well for me. Good opportunity to stock up before the online ordering is gone for most of us.

Nevermind. Found it on Rogers website, but only theirs and no link or rebate on Remington’s site? Is this a scam? How would they have got their hands on a rebate before it was released, but no one else has? Has anyone received a Rogers specific rebate before?

I’m a little skeptical to get jacked of $300 in rebates.

I bought 2 cases of 4s. I trust rogers. They are good people and an institution when it comes to waterfowl. Can't imagine they would risk their reputation on something like that.

The preorders will ship 11/20, so is it safe to assume the receipt will be dated the 20th also in order to qualify for the rebate? Ship date doesn't matter for the rebate.

Thatís my concern. Ship date doesnít matter. Itís about the receipt date which if I order today then it should be today...?

I have ordered from Rogers for several years. They always have a blowout deal around Thanksgiving. Last year it was Remington Hyper Sonic. I trust rogers.
These are pre-orders, which will not be processed until the rebate dates are in effect on 11-19-17. The rebate form link is provided, if you search Rogers site. I am sure Remington will post the rebate once it is in effect. If you are not comfortable with ordering it, you should not do so. I would never want to influence you to do something against your best judgment.

I talked to Rogers on the phone and confirmed the receipt date will also be the 20th. Good to go on preorders.

I am waiting on a call from them too. I was 54th customer in line. I’m sure they’re getting their phone blown up with this question.

I was estimated a 101 minute wait about 90 min ago.

edit to update
I just spoke with a customer service rep and he said they will provide an updated invoice on the ship date since this is a preorder invoice we are getting and that Remington allows them to do this.

Didn’t mean to clog the thread. Just wanted to make sure none of us get boned.
Thanks for posting this. I ordered three cases earlier this morning.

Nothing wrong with being cautious. Here is a new email they sent out today....must have been inundated with questions.

Exclamation

Just a reminder for folks who jumped on this deal: rebate materials must be postmarked by 12/15 on order to cash in. That's $100/case so worth your time. Check your email for link to Remington site. You have to register your rebate there first before you just mail in UPCs.

I sent in the registration form, upc labels and original receipt. I saw this and freaked out so registered online too.

Copies were made and tracking number is on the envelope.

Hopefully I get my $300 check soon.

I may have been misleading. There's also a form you can send I'm guessing if you don't register online first. There was just a link in the receipt email from Rogers to register, so I did it that way.

Either way, don't just send the UPCs and receipt.

Exactly. Either register OR fill out the rebate form. Send it in with upc labels and original receipt. Make copies. I put it all in an envelope with a tracking number. Cost me $4-5 but worth the peace of mind.

It is best to do the online registration first and send in the proof. It tends to speed up the processing quite a bit. A couple of years ago, I sent it all in by mail to Remington without doing the online first. It took 4 months to get paid.

I would guess you kept copies of everything you sent in. If you did, you can still go to the link and complete the online registration form.

UPDATE: I contacted Remington and my rebates were accepted and will be paid out. ETA for the check is mid March I was told. So for anyone who hasnt heard anything or could not get the online portal to provide an update on their rebates, they are processing them and they are paying them. Now to wait until march!

My experience has been that Remington is the slowest to process rebates. Last year's was received in early April. On the other hand, Federal is very prompt. Check is already in the mail for Black Cloud ammo purchased around the same time as the Remington.

Bought Federal and Remington a week apart. Federal check was received after 4 weeks and Remington says my rebate is in process. What he he’ll takes them so long?
