Maybe I just didn't notice where it's at, but is there a video or explanation on how exactly this works?

Does this come with one of your magazines that you state need to be used to comply in Ca? Also so we top load ammo in "compliant configuration"

Yes, the kit includes one modified magazine. Top loading is probably the fastest within CA but since the magazine is removable when the action is disassembled you can purchase additional modified magazines or modify your existing.

Thank you.

The videos and FB page are not clear about this (perhaps intentionally?) ---- your current AK mags will not work with this gizmo. You will have to purchase proprietary mags from these guys. That sucks.

Also consider that the wording of the new regs has not been released. Thus this is a predictive workaround. Be forewarned.

Yes we have to be careful what we say because we cannot condone a customer to commit a felony. Your current mags will work, just not legally within CA. Once you insert a non-modified magazine, your firearm becomes an Assault Weapon in CA's eyes.

Looks like a great option for AK Pistols. Will this work with Zastava M92 7.62x39?

You can either run it as a fixed mag and top load or disassemble the action and use the provided tool to release the magazine.
