i just purchased two of your rifles used (.223/556 and 308) with the uppers and lowers made by you so we will see how well they hold up under normal conditions. I have never had anything by you or used the AR platform until now. It will be interesting.

So, if I place an online order to purchase a PSAK-47 and I instruct you to send it over to a middleman FFL located in Arizona first to make it California compliant, then that middleman after conversion ships the rifle to my local California FFL, will you allow it this time?

The reason I ask is that you denied me this option a few years back when you were selling the VZ2008's!

I tried doing that a few months back and they would not do it. They said I had to have the item shipped to an FFL in the same state that I lived in which defeats the purpose. So I had to deal with the middleman who is in Arizona independantly of PSA. I highly recommend EBR Works in Arizona as a middleman. They prefer communication via email which I was very weiry about as I like to speak to someone over the phone but they respond to any questions you might have fairly quickly. And they still have a phone number as well. They stay in constant contact with you thru the whole process of your order via email which turns out to be easier in the end.

Good Luck!.......PSA took almost a month to ship out item to the middleman (middleman placed order) even though the item was in stock.

What you can do is have the FFL purchase the firearm via Dealer Sales, and then it is up to the FFL to meet all CA requirements.

I was looking at Lead Star PCC and the way to acquire one, when they told me they moved away from direct sales and that you're one of the distributors.

All of their models are currently out of stock on your website, so I wanted to check with you about both the possibility of acquiring one and the best way to transfer it in CA (stripped lower + parts, or, factory installed fin, etc.).

As a company, we have decided to not sell stripped KS47 lowers to any state. It is not a California-compliance issue. I wish I had better news for you! We only sell the lowers as complete.

Need your help/verification with your compliance team.

Myself, and a few friends of mine...purchased Tavor TS12 shotguns from your website...only to have our orders refunded by your compliance team.

This shotgun is sold by numerous Ca FFL's here locally, the shotgun is just a semi auto shotgun...nothing more...does not trigger any assault catagories.

It has a fixed stock
None of the 3 manually rotated magazines holds more than 10 rounds ( Only 5 each )
Magazines cannot be removed without disassembling the firearms action

This same shotgun is sold here in CA at local gun shops.

We all got non compliance emails/ order cancellations , when clearly this shotgun IS sold here in CA locally and is legal to sell/own here in CA.

Would love an answer from PSA as to why our purchases were cancelled.


I have been ordering from PSA for years, many many orders...so much so my wife thinks its a revolving charge....so please get us some answers on this. You guys had the best price ( 1288 ) compared to locally here for 1399, that was the cause for an online order as opposed to a local purchase.
