Not bad. Purchased a few lowers and some 10/22's in the last 2 months. Wait times can get a little long, but no issues other than that. Haven't tried a PPT there though...

This store seems like a few of the employees are unhappy to be there...body language and attitude when talking to customers in person and on the phone. After all sales is all about customer service but I guess in these times its irrelevant due to our current nature and guns are selling for themselves.

Never been there, but it seems like they get stock before the Orange location.

I live about 2 miles from the Pasadena location but I rather drive an hour (no traffic) to go to the Chino Hills location. They are usually not as busy as the Pasadena store or West Covina. I also find the employees here more knowledgeable and helpful. The last time I was there I decided on what scope I wanted but I ordered it from West Covina.

I've been a few times. I usually go after I end work so there weren't that many people. Bought two guns from there. They both went fairly smooth. There are a few guys who are knowledgable and know what they are talking about.

I haven't been in a few months so not sure how it is now.

I just go there for a few consumables purchases from time to time (patches, chemicals, paper bullseye targets, etc.). I have not gone there to purchase any firearms that required interaction with the staff behind the gun counter. The cashiers are always nice and helpful.

Been there multiple times. Cashiers are helpful, but the gun counter is a different story. I live close, but had better experience at corona and west covina locations and made my purchases there.

Never had a problem there. Then again I'm a regular and don't ask dumb questions and I usually know what I want before talking to n e one. Jacob and Mario r super cool dudes and most of the rude staff is gone.

I've been in there a couple times and never had an issue other than wait times. Except one time I went in there prior to the panic, it seemed like I was bothering one of the managers when I asked to see a rifle. I think his name was Ben, I just left and bought it else where.

I used to visit Chino Hills store when I'm in the neighborhood and never had an issue.

Bought a bunch of brand new factory 8 rounds saiga 308 mags from them a couple years ago for less than $5.00 a piece....

Ben and Chris are #1 at this store. Management is great as well. Wait times have been high, but I don't know why you would expect them to be short in today's political climate.

Some of the guys there are cool, other are not, Ben is super cool as the dude with the beard. But some of the new girls working there are annoying as heck, got that "I know everything about guns" attitude and likes to push off their "gun knowledge" in a condescending tone. They know a little bit but usually just regurgitate what they've been told including some common misinformation about various guns. These girls really need an attitude adjustment.

Went in there Saturday with my father. We spoke with John (he cam right up and asked if we needed help once we walked in) and he spent a lot of time explaining everything about the particular gun we were looking for. We ended up both making a purchase that day. I had a good experience.
