Default 44SPL Titegroup reload data ?

The Bullet is 44 Special, , Copper Plated, 240 gr. The powder is Titegroup .
- Hodgdon website specified 240gr, Cast (4.0-4.8)
- The Lee book :
(1) 200gr, Plated (5.0-5.4)
(2) 220gr, Plated (4.7-5.4)
(3) 200gr, Cast (4.5-5.4)
(4) 240 gr, Cast (4.0-4.8)
Where can I get the reload data for Titegroup, 44SPL, 240gr, Plated ?

OR load with: 4.3gr, 4.5gr, 4.7gr, 5.0gr and shoot it to find out which one is the best ?

Using cast bullet data for plated should keep you safe.

Berry's and Xtreme instruct that their standard plated bullets should be limited to velocities below 1200 or 1250 fps. If you got your bullets somewhere else, consult the manufacturer's information.

With those load ranges in a handgun, you won't get anywhere near that velocity limit.

Just fir grins and extra entertainment value, I'd try 4.2 and 4.4 to compare to the 4.3 load.
