Please tell me it is. I've been trying to decide where to put my front sight when I chop the barrel and this looks just about perfect.

EDIT: Just found your build post. It's an AMD. That's why the gas length looks so different.

yup its an amd with a 14.5 barrel . . . its not pushed back all the way to the gas block tho. just far enough to be even with the Zhukov. you can achieve the same look with a standard gas system aswell.

so far iv ran about 500 rounds thru her with out an issue

I can get it close. It'll be just outside the zhukov. I really wanna get it as close to flush as I can.

A Bulgy U/F that I altered for a CalGunner . These look really stupid with that
6" flash hider hanging on the barrel . Overall is 30.5" and achieved with an angled sling plate.
That neat little mag lock is by 'Jayruta',the 'pig' is by KAK {3.25"}.

Just got my refinished Romy (had said Bulgy lol) wood set from HellaYella and man I love it! Can't wait to finish another build for some red furniture. Took off the crappy polymer stuff for the nice wood pieces. Pictures don't do it justice. The detail in the Bakelite grip alone is really cool.
