Haven't seen any awesome prices on a 7.62 can, I wouldn't mind finding one as I do like the idea of a can I can use on my AK and AR SBR's

Hornady Black 75gr 5.56mm loaded with Interlock bullets is meant specifically for SBRs. I’m not sure how it performs, bought some and ballistically seems identical to the 75gr Superformance HPBT Match bullets in my rifle, but I do not have an SBR or pistol to try in.

This is one heck of a deal for an AK can for $580, Dead Air Armament Wolverine PBS:
https://www.brownells.com/rifle-part....aspx?psize=96

Use code "JCB" at checkout to get 10% off to get $58 off and free shipping to your FFL/SOT. Now the Wolverine costs you $522.

If you log in to ActiveJunky.com first before you go to Brownells, you get 7% cash back or $36 off. So now the can costs you $485. If you aren't a member at ActiveJunky yet, this is my referral link: https://www.activejunky.com/invite/158982

Now, it gets even better. Dead Air is offering the Ghost-M for $399 if you buy another one of their cans. Ask Brownells if they would honor Dead Air's promo.

So you get 2 suppressors, one for your AK, one for your pistol or sub gun, for $885.

Only the one loaded with Interlock bullets is meant for SBRs?

By their marketing and package description, yes. Superformance is a rifle load. The Interlock is a great hunting bullet widely used in other calibers, I haven’t seen Hornady make it available in 5.56 other than the Black label line (maybe I’ve missed it).
Specifically lists SBRs as the design criteria

My Liberty Cosmic is rated for over 66 calibers. I run it on everything from my XD45 , AR9's and 300blk.

Default Are there any 5.56 rounds made specifically for AR pistols or SBRs?

The Hornady Black apparently has a liquid powder that is supposed to burn faster in addition to the 75gr interlock bullet. Supposed to be the same powder as TAP but just different marketing/packaging.

Also consider Federal XM556FBIT3 or XM556SBCT3.

Pretty much why I bought one. It's a fun gun but really impractical.
